Refund Policy
This document outlines our refund policy which includes all services offered by Anvil+Shock. You should read and familiarize yourself with this policy should you have any reservations or concerns about your order.

All cancellations must be in writing and received by us within 7 days of your order.

1) Website Design or Development Services Refunds

If you wish to cancel your project, we require your written request to cancel within 7 business days of ordering.

Full Refund

Cancellation requests received immediately after submission (within 7 days) will be eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund (After 7 Days of Ordering)

Cancellation requests received after 7 days of ordering will be processed under the following terms.

1) Amount of Refund: Your refund amount will be determined by deducting any completed portions of your project and any costs associated with your account.

2) Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged on any cancellation request after 7 days of order.

Completed Projects

No refund will be issued if your order has been completed or is nearing completion.

1.1) Content Development Refunds
Refunds may be eligible for content development services under these conditions:

a) Your project has not yet commenced.
b) We receive your cancellation request in writing within 7 days of ordering.
c) No costs have been incurred in the processing of your order.

Otherwise no refunds on services rendered or once completed.

Refunds may be eligible for web application services under these conditions:

a) Your project has not yet commenced.
b) We receive your cancellation request in writing within 7 days of ordering.

No refunds on management services rendered.
2) Web Hosting Service Refunds
Web Hosting Guarantee and Refunds
In the event that you are unsatisfied with the web hosting services you are provided by us, we will issue a full refund for the current months service and any amounts that have been paid in advance minus any past months service. Any past months service are not eligible for refund.

4) Domain Name Refunds
All domain name registration services are prepaid and ineligible for refund once registered.
